About BirthSound

These Terms of Use govern your use of BirthSound: Hypnobirthing, provided by SP SWE Services Ltd. BirthSound provides calm hypnobirthing audio and labor-ready listening for pregnancy and birth preparation.

Not medical advice

BirthSound is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, prevent, monitor, treat, or advise on medical conditions. It does not tell you when to go to hospital and does not replace a doctor, midwife, doula, labor ward, emergency services, or maternity care team.

Always follow your care team's advice. If you are worried about your health or your baby's health, contact your maternity care team or emergency services immediately.

Free starter access and premium access

BirthSound may offer free starter access. Premium access unlocks the complete audio plan, partner cues, and offline labor-pack access.

BirthSound Premium subscriptions

BirthSound Premium is offered through Apple in-app purchase subscriptions. Subscription availability, trial eligibility, taxes, exchange rates, and final local pricing may vary by country or App Store settings.

• BirthSound Premium Monthly (birthsound_premium_monthly): GBP 9.99 base price, currently reported as USD 9.99
• BirthSound Premium Weekly (birthsound_premium_weekly): GBP 4.99 base price, currently reported as USD 4.99

Subscriptions are charged through your Apple ID and App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings. Billing, refunds, and cancellation controls are handled by Apple, subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse BirthSound, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, copy proprietary audio or content except as permitted by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Changes to the app or terms

We may update BirthSound, its content, subscription features, or these Terms over time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated terms available. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Availability

We aim to keep BirthSound available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Audio downloads, streaming, and subscription entitlement checks may depend on Apple, RevenueCat, Supabase, your device, and your internet connection.
