Email support@aichemyapp.com. Please include your device model, iOS version, app version if known, and a short description of what happened.

Common fixes

  1. Update BirthSound from the App Store.
  2. Restart your iPhone.
  3. Check your internet connection before downloading hosted audio.
  4. If an offline file will not play, remove the download if available and download it again.
  5. Use Restore Purchases if premium access does not appear after purchase.

Subscriptions

BirthSound Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can cancel or manage subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple ID account. App Store subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Safety

BirthSound is not medical advice. It does not tell you when to go to hospital and does not replace your doctor, midwife, doula, labor ward, emergency services, or maternity care team.

If you are worried about your health or your baby's health, contact your maternity care team or emergency services immediately.

Privacy and data

BirthSound does not require an account. Preferences, progress, and downloaded audio status are stored locally where practical. Read the Privacy Policy for more detail.
