No account is required to use BirthSound. The app is designed to keep preferences and progress on your device where practical.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how SP SWE Services Ltd handles information for BirthSound: Hypnobirthing. BirthSound provides hypnobirthing and birth-preparation audio for iOS.

Information you provide

BirthSound does not require you to create an account. If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or a description of the issue.

Information stored on your device

The app may store preferences, playback state, downloaded audio status, and progress locally on your device so the experience can work reliably during preparation and offline listening.

Subscriptions and purchases

BirthSound uses Apple in-app purchase and RevenueCat to process and manage subscription entitlements. Purchases are charged through your Apple ID and App Store account. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Audio hosting

Hosted audio files may be downloaded or streamed from Supabase public audio storage. Requests to hosted audio services may involve ordinary technical information such as IP address, device/browser request metadata, timestamps, and file access logs handled by the service provider.

Tracking and advertising

BirthSound is not designed to require advertising tracking. We do not sell personal information. If our practices change, we will update this policy and any relevant App Store privacy disclosures.

Medical information

BirthSound is wellness and birth-preparation audio, not medical advice. Do not send urgent medical information through support email. If you are worried about your health or your baby's health, contact your maternity care team or emergency services immediately.

Data retention

Local app data remains on your device unless you delete it, remove downloads, or uninstall the app. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, and protect the service.

Your choices

  • You can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.
  • You can contact us about privacy questions at privacy@aichemyapp.com.
